RESERVATION POLICY

Payment in advance

• For a 1-night stay, 100% of the total cost.
• For a 2-night stay, 50% of the total cost.
• For a stay of 3 nights or more 35% of the total cost.

Upon completion of the advance payment, you will be sent a confirmation email, including all the details of the reservation.

ATTENTION: This email is not a booking confirmation (see next paragraph).

Confirmation

In order to send you a final and definitive confirmation of your booking, the following are required:
• Payment of the remaining amount of the reservation, no later than 21 days before the date of arrival (you will receive a reminder email before this date, so that you have sufficient time to complete the payment).
• MasterCard or Visa Credit Card Details. Credit card details are only required as a guarantee. We do not make a charge unless an inspection of the suite, upon your departure, reveals damage to the facilities or equipment (fixed and mobile).

Advance Payment and Full Payment Methods

• Bank transfer. You will receive in your email the bank account details required to complete the transfer.
• Credit card. You will receive in your email a link to the bank’s secure environment, where you will enter your card details, confirming the payment.
