For the safety, hygiene and comfort of all guests and their pets, please read, agree and abide by the following terms of reception and accommodation of pets, which we apply at our guesthouse.
When contacting the reservations department, you must inform them of your intention to stay with your pet and a confirmation will be sent to you as an integral part of your official booking confirmation.
This form must be presented on arrival, signed and handed in at reception.
Permitted pets and conditions of stay
Pets (dogs – cats) of small and medium size (up to 25 kg) are allowed.
Other types of pets are not allowed.
Up to one pet is strictly allowed in each room.
Aggressive and noisy pets are expressly prohibited.
The establishment reserves all rights to expel guests who:
– accompany a pet that has exhibited any form of aggressive behaviour,
– caused a nuisance to other residents due to inadequate supervision of the pet. Nuisance shall also include continuous barking, especially during quiet hours.
In this case, the remaining period of the reservation is subject to the terms of the accommodation’s cancellation policy as a cancellation and the full amount of the reservation will be charged.
Visitors with pets are required to bring with them an up-to-date health booklet of the pet they are accompanying from an authorised veterinarian.
Pets should be vaccinated. Also three (3) days prior to arrival, deworming should have been done and flea and tick repellent should have been applied locally.
They must always be accompanied by the owner in public areas, wearing a walking leash.
Their regular walks must be outside the common areas of the accommodation. Pet owners are responsible for cleaning up any droppings and dirt.
Pets should be supervised at all times and in every area of the accommodation.
Pets are not allowed on beds and furniture in the rooms.
The property charges 20 euros as a cleaning fee for the pet’s stay.
In case of damage or deterioration of furniture and objects due to the stay of a pet, the property will inform the guest of the amount due based on the extent of the damage. The cost of materials and restoration work is borne solely and entirely by the pet owner? Or the resident with the pet?
