• For a 1-night stay, 100% of the total cost.
• For a 2-night stay, 50% of the total cost.
• For stays of 3 nights or more, 35% of the total cost.
Upon completion of the deposit collection, you will be sent an information email to receive the amount, which includes all the details of the reservation.
ATTENTION: This email is not a confirmation of the reservation (see next paragraph).
Confirmation
In order to receive a final and definitive confirmation of your reservation, the following are required:
• Payment of the remaining amount of the reservation, no later than 21 days before the arrival date (you will receive a reminder email before this date, so that you have sufficient time to complete the payment).
• MasterCard or Visa Credit Card Details. Credit card details are required only as a guarantee. We will not charge you unless, upon inspection of the suite upon your departure, damage is found to the facilities or equipment (fixed and mobile).
Advance/repayment payment methods
• Deposit/Transfer to a bank account. You will receive in your email the bank account details required to complete the deposit/transfer.
• Credit card. You will receive a redirection link in your email to the bank’s secure environment, where you will enter your card details, confirming the payment.
