The «antikristo» lamb roasts slowly, like a sacred ceremony.. Crispy «kapriko» pork grilled on vine branches tsigariasto lamb.. fire-roasted eggplants, wild garlic bulbs with baked potatoes, handmade sausages with Cretan herbs.. GRILL MENU

Salad with fire-roasted eggplants, served with grape molasses and toasted almonds. Wild bulbs with baked potatoes, small olives, and fennel Lamb sausage, made with sweetbreads and Cretan herbs. Braised lamb in olive oil (tsigariasto) – Mirsini’s favorite. Pork pancetta Kapriko, a specialty of Central Crete, cooked on vine rods and served on lemon tree leaves. “Antikristo” lamb from Mount Psiloritis, roasted by the fire for six hours. Served with sea salt and traditional bread. Sweet cheese pies (agnopites) from Anogeia, with thyme honey and thyme blossoms.
