Cancellation policy

1. Flexible Rate

To confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total accommodation amount is required.

The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the payment terms applicable to the specific reservation, as communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

In the event of cancellation, the following terms apply:

CANCELLATION: Up to 35 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee applies and the deposit will be fully refunded.

CANCELLATION: From 34 to 25 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

CANCELLATION: From 24 to 15 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 75% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

CANCELLATION: From 14 days prior to the scheduled arrival date onwards, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

If the reservation has already been paid in full and the cancellation is made during a period in which a partial cancellation charge applies, any amount paid in excess of the applicable cancellation fee will be refunded to the guest.

NO-SHOW: In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will automatically be considered cancelled. 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged, and the hotel reserves the right to make the accommodation available for resale.

EARLY DEPARTURE: In the event of departure prior to the scheduled departure date, the full amount of the originally booked stay will be charged.

2. Semi-Flexible Rate

To confirm a reservation, a deposit equal to 50% of the total accommodation amount is required.

The remaining balance is payable in accordance with the payment terms applicable to the specific reservation, as communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

In the event of cancellation, the following terms apply:

CANCELLATION: Up to 45 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, no cancellation fee applies and the deposit will be fully refunded.

CANCELLATION: From 44 to 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

CANCELLATION: From 29 days prior to the scheduled arrival date onwards, 100% of the total accommodation amount will be charged.

If the reservation has already been paid in full and the cancellation is made between 44 and 30 days prior to the scheduled arrival date, 50% of the total accommodation amount will be refunded.

EARLY DEPARTURE: In the event of departure prior to the scheduled departure date, the full amount of the originally booked stay will be charged.

3. Non-Refundable Rate

To confirm a reservation under the Non-Refundable Rate, full payment of the total accommodation amount is required at the time of booking.

Reservations made under the Non-Refundable Rate are not eligible for a refund in the event of cancellation.

In the event of cancellation, the total amount paid is non-refundable.

Any request to change the dates or otherwise modify the reservation may only be accepted at the hotel's discretion and is subject to availability. Approval of any modification is not guaranteed and does not create an obligation for the hotel to issue a refund or transfer the reservation to alternative dates.

NO-SHOW: In the event of a no-show on the scheduled arrival date without prior notice, the reservation will be considered a no-show. The full amount of the stay will be retained, and the hotel reserves the right to make the accommodation available for resale.

EARLY DEPARTURE: In the event of departure prior to the scheduled departure date, no refund will be issued for any unused nights.

General Notes

Any modification to a reservation is subject to availability and may only be accepted provided that it does not conflict with the minimum-stay requirements applicable to the relevant period.

If a request for modification or cancellation is received within a period subject to cancellation charges, the applicable cancellation fee, as specified above, will apply.

If the amount already paid exceeds the applicable cancellation charge, the excess amount will be refunded via the original payment method, where possible.

For the purpose of calculating cancellation deadlines, the scheduled arrival date is considered to begin at 00:00.
