Cancellation Policy (Flexible price)

Please inform us of any change or cancellation as early as possible to avoid further charges.

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:

CANCELLATION: Up to 22 days before the arrival date, no charge will be made (refund of the deposit).

CANCELLATION: From 21 days to 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

CANCELLATION: From 14 days to 7 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.

CANCELLATION: From 6 days before the arrival date, the full amount of the stay will be charged.

NO-SHOW: In case of non-appearance on the scheduled arrival day without prior notice, the reservation is considered a no-show and is automatically canceled. The amount of the stay is withheld in full and the business reserves the right to re-allocate the room, without any right of claim from the specific customer.

EARLY DEPARTURE: In case of departure before the scheduled date, the full amount of the stay as originally booked will be charged.

Notes:

No reservation modification, when it contradicts the minimum allowed nights per period, is accepted even if notified to us before the 21st day from the arrival date.

If the change or cancellation request is received on a date that falls within the cancellation policy, the amount appropriate according to the above will be withheld and the excess amount will be refunded to your bank account or credit card.

The arrival day is calculated from 00:00.

Non-refundable price rate)

For the confirmation of Non Refundable Rate reservations the total amount is due to be paid in advance
Non Refundable Rate reservations cannot be amended at any time after the payment
In case of cancellation the amount will not be refunded.
