RESERVATION POLICY

Deposit

A deposit is required to secure a reservation. The amount of the deposit is determined by the selected rate, the length of stay and the applicable period.

• For a stay of 1 night, 100% of the total accommodation amount is required.
• For stays of 2 nights or more, a deposit equal to 50% of the total accommodation amount is required, unless otherwise specified in the terms of the selected rate.
• For reservations made under a Non-Refundable Rate, 100% prepayment is required at the time of booking.

Once the required deposit has been received, an email acknowledging receipt of the payment will be sent to the guest, including all relevant reservation details and applicable terms.

PLEASE NOTE: This email acknowledges receipt of the deposit but does not constitute the final confirmation of the reservation.

Confirmation & Final Payment

The final and definitive confirmation of the reservation will be issued once the total accommodation amount has been paid in full.

The due date for payment of the outstanding balance is determined individually for each reservation, depending on the selected rate, the period of stay and the specific terms applicable to that reservation.

The applicable payment deadline will be communicated to the guest in writing by email.

The reservation is subject to the payment and cancellation terms communicated to the guest for the specific booking.

For the final and definitive confirmation of the reservation, valid MasterCard or Visa credit card details are also required as a guarantee.

The credit card details are required solely as a guarantee. The card will not be charged for this purpose unless, following an inspection of the suite upon departure, damage to the property, facilities or equipment (fixed or movable) is identified.

Deposit / Final Payment Methods

Bank deposit / Bank transfer:

The necessary bank account details will be provided by email in order to complete the payment.

Credit or debit card:

A secure payment link will be sent by email. The transaction will be completed through the bank's secure payment environment.

General Terms

Deposit, final payment, cancellation and refund conditions are determined by the selected rate and the specific terms applicable to each reservation.

If the specific terms of a reservation differ from the general terms set out in this Reservation Policy, the terms communicated to and accepted by the guest for that particular reservation shall prevail.
