Cancellation policy

Nonrefundable Rate Reservations

To confirm non-refundable reservations, full payment is required.
accommodation, at the time of booking Non-refundable reservations cannot be modified or changed at any time after payment has been completed. In case of cancellation, the amount is not refundable

Flexible Rate Reservations

In case of cancellation, the following conditions apply:
ANNULMENT: up to 22 days before the arrival date is not accompanied by any charge (refund of the deposit)
ANNULMENT: from 21 days to 15 days before the arrival date, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
ANNULMENT: from 14 days to 7 days before the arrival date, 75% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
ANNULMENT: from 6 days before the arrival date as well as in case of no-show or departure before the scheduled departure date, the entire amount of the stay will be charged.

Notes:

• No reservation modification, when it contradicts the minimum allowed nights per period, is accepted even if notified to us before the 21st day from the arrival date.
• If the change or cancellation request is received on a date within the cancellation policy, the amount corresponding to the percentage described above will be withheld and the excess amount will be refunded to your bank account or credit card.
