Advance<\/h3>\n

\u2022 For a 1-night stay, 100% of the total cost.
\n\u2022 For a 2-night stay, 50% of the total cost.
\n\u2022 For stays of 3 nights or more, 35% of the total cost.<\/p>\n

Upon completion of the deposit collection, you will be sent an information email to receive the amount, which includes all the details of the reservation.<\/p>\n

ATTENTION: This email is not a confirmation of the reservation (see next paragraph).<\/p>\n

Confirmation<\/h3>\n

In order to send you a final and definitive confirmation of your reservation, the following is required:
\n\u2022 Payment of the remaining amount of the reservation, no later than 21 days before the arrival date (you will receive a reminder email before this date, so that you have sufficient time to complete the payment).
\n\u2022 MasterCard or Visa Credit Card Details. Credit card details are required as a guarantee only. We will not charge you unless damage is found to the facilities or equipment (fixed and mobile) during an inspection of the suite upon your departure.<\/p>\n

\u2022 Deposit\/Transfer to a bank account. You will receive in your email the bank account details required to complete the deposit\/transfer.
